Hello everyone! How are you? Over the past week, I’ve been having a problem with Safari on my MacBook Pro so yesterday I set up a call with Apple Support.

The problem was that whenever I went to quit Safari, the beach bubble would spin and I’d have to force quit Safari. The women who helped me couldn’t figure out why so I got on with a senior advisor. He helped diagnose the issue and we found out that Safari was using over 100% of the CPU. That’s crazy. I shared my screen with him and he helped me delete certain Safari files in Finder. In about 20 minutes, he resolved my issue. My Mac is well beyond the Support window but they still helped me. Awesome job! This is why I love Apple.
