With the AppleWatch, you are able to set a calorie goal, and many others, and that is what AppleWatch will help you to fulfil everday! Another great thing about the fitness features of the AppleWatch, is the workout app. This app will allow you to choose between multiple different workouts, and show you what you need to do to fulfil the goal!
When it comes to tracking heart rate, I have noticed the AppleWatch to be very successful, and accurate!
Overall, the AppleWatch is a great piece of tech when it comes to fitness! I highly recommend it!
