Hello everyone! How are you?
Today, Motorola held an event where they announced three all new smartphones! These smartphones are, the Moto X Style (Pure Edition), Moto X Play, and Moto G 3rd Generation!
The Moto X Style, also known in the U.S. as the Moto X Pure Edition will pack a Snapdragon 808 processor, the Andreno 418 GPU, a 21 megapixel camera, pure Android 5.1.1, and much more! The device will start at $399 and will be avaliable in the fall! To clear up some confusion, the Moto X Style and Moto X Pure edition are two different phones. Both phones will have the same specs but, the Pure Edition will be sold unlocked to work on all major US carriers and will be sold directly to the consumer. The Moto X Style will be sold directly through carriers.
The next device Motorola announced, was the Moto X Play. Sadly, the Moto X Play will not be avaliable in the U.S.
The last and final device Motorola Announced was their most popular device, the Moto G. The all new Moto G will feature the Snapdragon 410, a 13 MP camera, all day battery life, and Android 5.1.1. The Moto G will come with either 1GB of RAM plus 8GB of storage or, 2GB of RAM with 16GB of storage! Both the Moto X Pure Edition and Moto G 3rd generation will have support for Micro SD!
One thing that is setting these all new phones apart from any other Motorola has ever made, is the fact that they are IPX-7 rated! What this means, is they can withstand a meter of water for up to 30 minutes without anything being wrong with them! Another great feature is that, all the new phones Motorola announced today, will be able to be customized via Moto Maker! To learn more, head over to Motorola’s website by clicking here.
